Yes. EventourUs specialises in destination weddings across Portugal and Spain, mainly, and all around Europe.

We work closely with local venues and trusted suppliers to create seamless celebrations for couples travelling from abroad. Our role is to ensure that planning from a distance feels simple, organised and enjoyable.

Some couples prefer to have a more intimate celebration, or just an elopement wedding, ad we know just how to make it special and memorable!

Ideally, couples reach out 12 to 18 months before the wedding, particularly for destination celebrations or popular venues.

However, we also work with couples who begin the process later. The most important step is starting the conversation early enough to secure the right venue and suppliers.

Over time we have developed relationships with a network of trusted venues and exceptional suppliers.

While we often recommend partners we know and trust, every wedding is approached individually. We curate the team of suppliers according to the style, vision and priorities of each couple.

Our process begins with an initial conversation where we learn about your vision, priorities and expectations.

From there we develop a structured planning approach that includes concept development, supplier selection, timeline creation and continuous guidance throughout the planning journey.

As the wedding day approaches, we oversee every logistical and creative element, ensuring that the celebration unfolds smoothly and exactly as envisioned.

The investment depends on the level of support and design required for each wedding.

Yes. 

While EventourUs operates primarily between Portugal and Spain, we are happy to travel for weddings in other destinations when the project aligns with our style and availability.

The investment will already include all the necessary traveling.
