Our Coordination service ensures that all the work you have done leading up to the wedding is executed flawlessly on the day itself. We oversee every supplier, timeline and detail so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

The Design Experience combines creative direction with structured planning. We develop the visual concept of the wedding, guide the selection of key suppliers and ensure that every element feels cohesive and intentional.

Our Signature Wedding service is a fully curated experience. From the initial vision to the final moment of the celebration, we design, plan and manage every aspect of the wedding with meticulous attention to detail.

Yes. EventourUs specialises in destination weddings across Portugal and Spain.

We work closely with local venues and trusted suppliers to create seamless celebrations for couples travelling from abroad. Our role is to ensure that planning from a distance feels simple, organised and enjoyable.

Ideally, couples reach out 12 to 18 months before the wedding, particularly for destination celebrations or popular venues.

However, we also work with couples who begin the process later. The most important step is starting the conversation early enough to secure the right venue and suppliers.

Over time we have developed relationships with a network of trusted venues and exceptional suppliers.

While we often recommend partners we know and trust, every wedding is approached individually. We curate the team of suppliers according to the style, vision and priorities of each couple.

Our process begins with an initial conversation where we learn about your vision, priorities and expectations.

From there we develop a structured planning approach that includes concept development, supplier selection, timeline creation and continuous guidance throughout the planning journey.
